We only collect information you give us directly — through our enquiry forms, phone calls, email or WhatsApp. This includes your name, phone number, city, product interest, and any message you send. Email address and budget range are optional.

We do not collect payment card details (no transactions happen on our website), government ID numbers, or any sensitive personal information.

Your information is used only to:

• Respond to your enquiry and schedule a free site visit
• Manage your design, quotation and installation project
• Send after-sales check-ins at 1, 6 and 12 months post-installation
• Maintain internal records and warranty documentation

We use three external services to operate our website:

• Formspree — receives form submissions and delivers them to our email
• Cloudinary — hosts images and videos shown on our site (no personal data shared)
• Google Maps / Fonts — embedded on our contact page and for typography

We do not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or retargeting services.

When you submit a form during business hours (10 AM–9 PM IST), our system may open a pre-filled WhatsApp message on your device. This is sent by you, not automatically — you can close it without any obligation.

Ferro Designs offers a lifetime structural warranty on SS 202 and SS 304 grade products, and manufacturer warranties on hardware components (HAFELE, BLUM, REHAU). The following conditions apply:

• Natural calamities — the warranty does not cover damage caused by earthquakes, floods, fires, lightning, storms, cyclones or any other Act of God or force majeure event
• Accidental damage — physical damage caused by impact, misuse, improper installation by third parties, or modifications made without Ferro's authorisation is not covered
• Improper use — damage caused by use of harsh chemicals (bleach-based cleaners, abrasives), incorrect cleaning methods, or use outside the product's intended purpose is excluded
• Normal wear — surface scratches, minor marks and cosmetic wear consistent with normal daily use are not covered by structural warranty
• MS grade products — MS powder-coated products carry a limited warranty on structural integrity only; coating damage, chips or rust resulting from coating failure are not covered

Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and installation location. It is non-transferable. For warranty claims, contact us with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess all warranty claims as soon as possible.

Our delivery timeline (currently quoted as 50 days) and product pricing are provided as our best estimate at the time of booking, based on standard market conditions. These are targets we work hard to meet, not fixed guarantees, and may vary due to:

• Market and supply chain conditions — availability and pricing of raw materials (stainless steel, imported hardware components) can fluctuate due to market demand, import timelines, or supplier constraints
• Order volume and production capacity — our delivery estimate reflects our production capacity and order pipeline at the time your order is confirmed; high-demand periods may extend timelines
• Site-specific factors — delivery and installation timelines may be affected by site readiness, access constraints, or approvals required at your location
• Distance from our production facility — our 50-day estimate is based on standard transit from our Noida production facility. Locations significantly farther from Noida (for example, South India) may require additional transit time beyond the standard estimate; this will be communicated to you at the time of booking based on your specific delivery location

Any change to the quoted delivery timeline or price for your specific order will be communicated to you directly before proceeding. The final timeline and price confirmed in your order agreement will govern your specific project.

Ferro Designs offers a Buy-Back Guarantee on eligible stainless steel products, on the following terms:

• Minimum holding period — products become eligible for buy-back 5 years after the original delivery date
• What is bought back — the buy-back value is based solely on the stainless steel scrap value of the product. It does not include hardware, fittings, design, labour, or any other line item from the original purchase price
• Valuation — the buy-back amount is calculated using the prevailing stainless steel scrap rate at the time the buy-back is requested, not the original purchase price or any earlier valuation

Contact us to arrange a buy-back assessment once your product has reached the 5-year mark.

Under Indian IT law, you can ask us to access, correct or delete any personal information we hold about you. We'll respond within 14 business days.

We retain your details for the duration of your project relationship, plus up to 3 years afterward for warranty purposes. Enquiries that didn't become projects are kept for up to 12 months.

Our website uses only essential session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and standard Google cookies from our Maps and Fonts embeds. No advertising cookies.
